Welding gas plays a very important role in the welding process. A little carelessness will cause welding defects. It is often due to insufficient gas supply or human error that the gas is not turned on, resulting in abnormal welding, which in turn leads to increased production costs and waste.
In order to avoid the problem of insufficient gas supply, it is possible to add a digital gas pressure switch and set the software alarm function in combination with the robot interface. When the supply pressure is lower than the set value, it will immediately alarm and stop welding to ensure that the gas pressure supply is safe during welding.
